2019 Tenor Syrah
Tasting notes
"The 2019 Tenor Syrah shows dark, inky purple in hue with complex aromas of mocha, blueberry syrup, chocolate brownie, peony, lava rock, smoked brisket and plum sauce. The wine is extracted and hedonistic with flavors of tayberry, pie cherries, black olive, fresh-cut cordwood, charcoal, sweet tobacco and wild game. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity, adding liveliness to the palate. Long, blue fruit finish with acid and minerals adding focus." - Bryan Otis, Proprietor
