The wine is extracted and hedonistic with flavors of tayberry, pie cherries, black olive, fresh-cut cordwood, charcoal, sweet tobacco and wild game. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity, adding liveliness to the palate.
